This was not made clear in your post, so of course I dealt with enabling it first since it is absolutely required and always the best choice. My first post explicitly stated that I began to receive a new notification, and I could not find out how to disable the notification. My second post reiterated that my issue was specifically with the notification. And my third response, again, pointed out that my issue was with disabling a notification.
